Clarence Harold “Hal” Bowden Jr., 66, died Nov. 1, 2017, at his home in Enumclaw.

He was born Oct. 26, 1951, in Russellville, Arkansas, to the late Clarence Bowden Sr. and Helen Bowden. He graduated from high school in Russellville and was employed as an industrial X-ray technician until his retirement 15 years ago. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed walking, hiking and taking scenic drives.

Survivors include his companion of 25 years, Grace Winslow of the home; mother Helen Bowden; son Shawn Bowden; brother Dane Bowden; and sister Suzzanne Cullen.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no formal services.

Remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
