Enumclaw resident Clifford Leon Creek died Nov. 24, 2016.

He was born Oct. 9, 1933, in Picher, Okla. He moved with his family to Renton, Wash., in 1941 and attended school there. In married June Olson in 1953 and served in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserves from 1956 to 1962. He graduated from Evangel College in Springfield, Mo., in 1967 and taught there for more than 30 years He returned to Enumclaw to the family farm in 1994.

He is survived by sisters Opal Olson of Enumclaw and Ramona Brooks of Dover, Ark. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, June.
