Constance “Connie” Courville, 72, of Auburn died Oct. 7, 2018.
She was born June 10, 1946, in Auburn to the late Stanley Moses Sr. and Mildred Evelyn KingGeorge. She enjoyed playing stick ball and going to the casino to gamble.
She is survived by sons Dondi Courville of Auburn, Matthew Courville of Enumclaw and Steven Courville of Auburn; daughters Delrena Courville and Josephine Courville, both of Auburn, and SherAn Courville of Gig Harbor, Washington; brother Stanley Moses of Auburn; sisters Sharon LaClair of Lake Tapps and Sallie Courville of Auburn; 24 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband Delwin Courville Sr.; son Delwin Courville Jr.; granddaughters Stephanie Rose Courville and Alicia Alexxis Courville; and sisters Shirley Sneatlum, Norma L. Eyle, Joyce James and Sandra Moses.
Visitation was Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Weeks’ Funeral Home in Buckley and a prayer service took place at 7 p.m. at the Muckleshoot Shaker Church. A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Muckleshoot Shaker Church in Auburn, with burial at the Courville Cemetery.
