Dale Fong died July 24, 2018, at home, surrounded by his family. He was 75.
He was born Jan. 12, 1943, in Portland, Oregon, and later moved to Seattle with his parents. In 1962, he graduated from Franklin High School. After marrying Connie in 1965 they moved to Enumclaw to raise their family. He was a longtime truck driver and proud Teamster. He retired from The Boeing Co. in 2003. He enjoyed spending time with his family as well as traveling, riding ATVs, fishing, crabbing, shrimping and picking mushrooms in late summer. He loved animals, especially his bullmastiff Hank.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Connie Blake Fong of Enumclaw; son Andy Fong (Anita) of Enumclaw; daughter Audrey Bryant (Bruce) of Sequim, Washington; brother Ken Fong (Renae) of Beaverton, Oregon; and four grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
