Debra Tuthill died Aug. 17, 2013, at the age of 55.

She was born June 14, 1955, to Phyllis Wendt and Edgar Tuthill. She was a resident of Spokane, Wash., at the time of her death.

She is survived by mother Phyllis Wendt of Malden, Wash., and sisters Cheryl Lindsey-Klotz of Malden and Rebecca Hulsey of Buckley.
