Enumclaw resident Esther L. Seashore died March 15, 2011, at the age of 101.

She was born Feb. 4, 1910, in Stanley, N.D., to Oscar and Gina (Slette) Seashore. She graduated from Stanley High School and later worked as a home caregiver. After she retired she moved to Enumclaw. She was a longtime resident at High Point Village and then Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center. She enjoyed reading her Bible and taking care of her family members.

She is survived by sisters Verna Schneider and husband Harold and Ruth Lichtenberg, all of Enumclaw. She was preceded in death by brothers Carl Seashore and Clifford Seashore and brother-in-law Charles Lichtenberg.

A memorial service will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2011, at Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center, 2323 Jensen St., Enumclaw.
