Freda Lorene Burbank died peacefully Aug. 2, 2018, surrounded by her family at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup. She was 86.
She was born March 17, 1932, in Yakima, Washington, and married Daniel Burbank in 1949. She was a homemaker and worked picking flowers in the springtime in Sumner. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the beach, quilting, fishing at Curlew Lake with her family, camping, watching the Mariners and doing jig-saw puzzles.
She is survived by sons Wayne (Debbie), Donald (Cathy) and Kelly, all of Buckley; sister Mable of Sumner; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Dan, son Ernie and brother Bob Mayfield.
Burial was Aug. 9 at the Buckley cemetery, following a memorial service at the Bonney Lake Church of the Nazarene.
