Frederick “Fritz” J. Wagner of Sumner died Jan. 21, 2018, at the age of 88.

He was born Feb. 7, 1929, in Glendive, Montana. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by son Dennis Wagner (Susan) of Tacoma; daughters Debra Powell of Lakewood and Dellene Hudspeth of Buckley; brothers Buddy Wagner of Canada, Gene Wagner of Puyallup and Jerry Wagner of Aloha, Oregon; sisters Diane Wagner of Valley City, North Dakota, Charlotte Williams of Fallbrook, California, Patty Stiles of Campell, California, and Phylis Etzwiler of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; four grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by wives Joyce DeLaine, Donna Wagner and Shirley Ball.

A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at Weeks’ Funeral Home, Buckley.
