Buckley resident Jake Nicholas, 34, died Monday, March 12.

Born March 25, 1983 in Puyallup, he was a Buckley resident his whole life.

He worked locally as a logger and lineman as well as around the U.S. responding to storm damage on the East and southern coastal areas.

Jake was a proud member of the Local #77 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
