James-Roy Dean VanSant, 46, of Enumclaw died May 17, 2017.

He was born May 12, 1971, in San Pablo, Calif., to Jeffery and Charlotte VanSant. In his life he enjoyed scuba diving and skydiving. Most of all he loved to spend time with his daughters.

He is survived by wife Maria Bocalan VanSant of Enumclaw; daughters Isabell VanSant and Carmen VanSant, both of Enumclaw; mother Charlotte McIntire of California; brother Omar Nagia of California; father- and mother-in-law Angelito and Priscila Bocalan of California; and brother-in-law Marlon Bocalan of California.
