Kathy Johnsen, longtime resident of Buckley, died March 9, 2019.

She was a retired bus driver from White River School District, member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 2298, and a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.

She was preceded in death by her parents Willis and Joanne Samuels and sister Lisa Hall. She is survived by husband Michael; daughters Tina Sparks and Krystal Ostenson (Tommy); sisters Trudy Davidson (John) and Sherry Clawson (Larry); five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will take place at 1 p.m. July 21 at the Buckley Eagles.
