Linda Lee Redford died Sept. 17, 2017, at the age of 73.
She was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on Jan. 27, 1944, and graduated from Lincoln High School in Tacoma in 1963. She spent several years working as a nursing assistant at Bethesda Manor in Enumclaw, then went on to work at Rainier School in Buckley and finally at Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn before retirement. She enjoyed vacationing at the ocean, her many cats and living in her small town surrounded by trees and wildlife. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald; children Anna Clark (Troy), Tina Redford, Steven Redford (Taneka), Penny Roberts and Paul Redford; seven grandchildren; and her brothers and sisters-in law.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 at Mountain View Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29, at Mountain View Memorial Park – Valley Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W., Lakewood, Washington 98499, followed by graveside at 12:30 p.m. All may stay for a 1 p.m. reception at Mount-ain View Celebra-tion of Life Center.
