Enumclaw resident Mary Ellen “Jess” Harstad died Jan. 18, 2014, at the age of 63.

She was born March 4, 1950, in Spokane, Wash.

She is survived by son Nathan Harstad, daughter Danielle Harstad and mother Georgiana “Midge” Larson, all of Enumclaw; brother Robert Knox and wife Joanne of Leesburg, Fla.; sister Sharon Jones of Sumner, Wash.; and three granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert Knox and husband Don Harstad.

Arrangements were by Weeks’ Enumclaw Funeral Home.
