Mary Lena Clark Perin left her loving family early August 12, 2019.
She was born November 11, 1922 in Hardin, MT to John and Lea Clark. She was the second of seven children.
She married Earl Perin on March 15, 1941 in Priest River, Idaho and they had four daughters. They eventually divorced and Mary Lena raised the girls on her own. She made homes in Kennewick, Kent and Seattle before settling in Enumclaw. Mary worked as a secretary at GSA for 35 years, all while running her little farm, hand-milking her cows and tirelessly working in her gardens. Her flowers were her pride and joy. She will be remembered for her cinnamon rolls, raspberry jam and the apple pies she baked every Sunday for our family dinners.
Mary leaves behind her devoted daughters Lea Qualls (Frank), Rita Barlow (Gino), Vicki Andreasen (Gregg), LaVina Marsh, her brother Hank and sister Linda. She had nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by three bothers and one sister.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Crescent Lodge #109, 42810 264th Ave SE, Enumclaw, WA 98022
