Mary Frances (Seifner) Williams died April 30, 2024, at the age of 90.

Mary Frances (Seifner) Williams (1933-2024) of Enumclaw, Washington, passed away from natural causes on April 30, 2024.

Mary was born on October 16, 1933, to John J. and Beatrice A.(Neece) Seifner,Sr. in Springfork Missouri. Mary attended Sacred Heart Catholic Grade School before leaving for the State of Washington. Some of her classmates are still here. At the start of WWII, the family moved to Seattle, Washington, where there were better job opportunities.

Mary graduated from Auburn High School and soon thereafter got a job as a bank teller. Little did she know that would lead to a decades-long banking career in Seattle, Kent and Auburn where she worked at First Interstate and Wells Fargo. While working there, Mary became vice- president in charge of commercial loans. Mary was the first

female president of the Kent Chamber of Commerce.

In her working days and after, Mary and her husband, Bob, greatly enjoyed travel and visited all fifty states as well as several countries on various continents. Mary was an accomplished baker, and her lemon tarts were a family favorite.

In retirement, Mary was an active member of the Enumclaw Garden Club for twenty-five years and a member of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) for twenty years.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Williams, her son Raymond L. Allard, daughter-in-law Janie Allard, grandson Travis R. Allard, and nephew Patrick J Seifner. She is survived by her brother John Seifner, niece Nancy Seifner Sedalia, MO, niece Mary Ellen (Seifner) Williams (Blaine) Odessa, MO, nephew Rev. Thomas J Seifner Sedalia, MO; great nieces Dr. Hannah (Williams) Grisby (Justin) Elmer, Morgan Sims (Jesse) Odessa, MO, granddaughter Tanya Field (Trace) and great-grandson Lucas Field.

A memorial mass was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Enumclaw, WA, on Monday, May 27 at 9:00 AM. She will be interred at Tahoma National Cemetery beside her husband, Bob.

Mary will be greatly missed by family and a multitude of friends in Washington as well as in Sedalia, MO.
