Michael Allen, a long time member of the Enumclaw, Buckley, and Auburn communities, peacefully moved on from this world on October 5th, 2023, at the age of 75.
Although he was known by many names – Dad, Pops, Gampa, Mike, Goodgosh – most would remember him as a guy who loved fishing, camping, a good road trip, a long story, and spending weekends at horse shows with his girls. He was smart enough to solve most problems, generous to a fault, and made the best taquitos ever tasted! If asked to describe him with one word, it would most likely be “patient”. Mike spent his days running his business, Bilt Rite Fence Company and his weekends as a 4-H dad. If you were hungry, he fed you. If he was your friend, he was loyal. If you knew him, you loved him.
Mike is survived by his three daughters, Brandi, Heather, and Sarah, his brother, Bill, his seven grandchildren, Jakob, Megan, Hailey, Andrew, Molly, Ashley, and Connor, many nieces and nephews, and plenty of friends that were family! He leaves behind many life lessons that will shape the future of his family! He will be greatly missed.
Please join us as we celebrate and remember Mike on November 19th at the Buckley Eagles from 2:00-5:00 pm.
