Enumclaw resident Patricia Timm died Jan. 2, 2019.

She was born Aug. 11, 1940, and raised in Oxnard, California. She graduated from Santa Clara High School and earned an associate’s degree from Oxnard College in 1983. She worked for the Oxnard School District, first in the school kitchens and then as the assistant director of children nutrition. She retired after 30 years and moved to Enumclaw in 2003. She loved the beautiful area and its people, especially her “Girlie Group.”

She is survived by brothers Robert Burkey of Santa Barbara, California, and Michael Burkey of Enumclaw; children Jeffrey Timm of Las Vegas, Nevada, Lorri Timm of Newbury Park, California, Steven Timm of Newbury Park and Susan Timm of Tacoma; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
