Former Buckley resident Richard Lee Talley, 68, died Aug. 5, 2013.

He was born Nov. 10, 1944, and attended White River High School with the class of 1962. He then joined the Navy, serving for 11 years during the Vietnam Conflict. He lived the past 30 years in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by bother John Talley and wife Helen of Buckley. He was preceded in death by wife Susie; parents Lee and Betty Talley and sister Stella Groski of Illinois.

A private family service will be scheduled for a later time.
