Riley Scott Riggs died March 21, 2019, in Tacoma. He was 22.
He was born May 17, 1996, in Enumclaw to Randy and Tamara Riggs. He was raised on the Plateau and graduated from White River High in Buckley. He followed his passion for film and art by attending the Colorado School of Film in Aurora, Colorado. There, he specialized as a director of photography. He particularly enjoyed creating short films. He loved his friends, tattoo art and conversations with strangers.
He is survived by his mother, father, brother Ryan and sister Katelyn.
Services will take place at noon, April 6, at The Summit, 920 Roosevelt Ave., in Enumclaw. A reception will follow at the ThunderDome Car Museum, 1920 Garrett St. in Enumclaw. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Jordan Binion Project, www.Jordanbinionproject.org.
