Robert “Bob” Adamsen died peacefully on Sept. 20, 2019, at the age of 79. His family was by his side at the home he built in Enumclaw.

He was born Oct. 5, 1939, in Seattle.

He is survived by children Kellie Backeberg (Jim), Bob Adamsen (Amy) and Katie Calvert; sister Barbara Armour; brother Ron Adamsen (Susan); four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Charlene.

A celebration of his life is planned for 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at The Claw of Enumclaw, 1324 Roosevelt Ave E., Enumclaw.
