Ruth M. Hartill, 95, died June 18, 2018, in Enumclaw.

She was born Dec. 26, 1922, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She was married to W.O. Hartill Sr. for 51 years, living on a dairy farm in Enumclaw. She was involved in the King County and Washington State Dairy Wives. In her younger years she enjoyed square dancing with her husband. She loved country music and is remembered as an excellent cook and baker.

She is survived by son Wilburn O. Hartill Jr. (Jackie) of Renton; daughters Adelia DeLisa of Enumclaw and Lydia Umbaugh (Curt) of Ravensdale; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.

At her request no services are planned. Ruth will be laid to rest beside her husband at Enumclaw Evergreen Memorial Park.
