Sherrie Gallion, 73, of Buckley, Washington passed away November 5, 2019, at her home.
Sherrie was born on September 9, 1946 to Willis and Allona Watkins in Van Nuys, California. In the 1970’s, Sherrie moved her life to Buckley, Washington. She married the love of her life, Donald A. Gallion, in 1976. They celebrated 43 years of marriage.
Sherrie was a woman of many talents and worked various jobs over the years. Her most important job was taking care of her husband, Don, her kids and grandkids.
Sherrie enjoyed many things in life including camping and being involved in the Enumclaw Moose Lodge. Most of all, she will be remembered for the love of her family.
During the last few years of her life Sherrie had battled with COPD. In her final few days, she was surrounded by the love and care of her family.
Sherrie is survived by her husband of 43 years, Don Gallion; son, Rex (Vanessa) Gallion; brothers, Willis & Robert Watkins of Florence, Oregon; sister, Carolann Watkins, also of Florence, Oregon; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Pendergast, and parents, Allona & William Sandor, and Willis Watkins.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1pm at the Enumclaw Moose Lodge.
