Shirley Diane Finck died Sept. 18, 2017, at her home in Enumclaw.

She was born Oct. 28, 1944, in Portland, Oregon, to the late Geraldine and Ralph Morrison. She is remembered as a remarkable cook who loved all animals including peacocks, potbellied pigs, turkeys, chickens, dogs and cats.

She is survived by Garry, her husband of 54 years; daughters Robin Kelly (Wesley) and Jeri Finck; sister Sharon Kruckenberg; brothers-in-law Denny Finck (Barb Cooper) and Donald Denbo; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Leslie.

There was a private burial.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to the Humane Society or animal shelters.
