Stephen Robert Thomas passed away suddenly from a heart attack on November 26th, 2023. Steve was born in Seattle, WA on November 6th, 1944. He joined the Army after high school and served in Germany. He moved to the Enumclaw Plateau in 2004 with his then wife, Karen, and their two children. After his retirement from Boeing he worked part-time in the Enumclaw School District. He enjoyed square dancing with the Spinners in Buckley and doing volunteer work with the local Neighbors Feeding Neighbors program.

Steve is survived by his son, Daniel Thomas and daughter, Lauren Thomas as well as his good friend, Mary Bartley. Steve had an infectious smile and would chat with anyone, anywhere. He will be missed.

An informal memorial will be held January 27th, 1:00 PM at Fill’s in Enumclaw.
