Virginia (Ginger) Reinhard died Sept. 15, 2014, at the age of 78.

She was born in Nebraska, was raised in Newport, Ore., and moved to Covington with her husband Ernie Reinhard and children Kathy Forcum, Tony and Don Reinhard. She ran the Country Corner gas station and convenience store next to the auction barn in the 1980s and ‘90s, before selling. She loved her loyal, friendly customers and talked about them often.

A gravesite service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Haven of Rest, 8503 state Route 16, in Gig Harbor, Wash.
