The boys on the other hand came away with a tie 28-28 and had to have a tie breaker to determine the winner. The tie breaker came down to our fifth  varsity runner and theirsixth varsity runner.

It literally came down to winning by a nose.  From where I was standing, you could not tell and who came across the line first.  It was extremely exciting.  Peninsula was awarded the win.  The Panthers were led by Freshman Mykel Fisher, followed by Eric Voellger, Bennett Hillier, Brock Frame, Ryan Engledow, Ryan Noborakawa, and Chris Coons.
