In its first league volleyball match of the season Thursday, Enumclaw High quickly dismissed any of the mystery swirling around its newest South Puget Sound League 3A opponent, Decatur, by thrashing the Gators 25-16, 25-14 and 25-15.
Enumclaw junior hitter HayleeMae Dennis wasn’t letting much hit the floor with 14 digs.
Senior setter Gina Sanders did an admirable job of controlling the pace with 19 assists and senior cohort Katina Ferguson amassed 10 kills. Senior Richelle Carel managed three serving aces during the match.
