Coach Comments:

For many of our athletes this was their first visit to the multi-lap course at the Auburn’s Game Farm Park. Despite leading from wire to wire on an unfamiliar course, all team ran well on a beautiful fall day and emerged victorious with many strong individual efforts. As usual Enumclaw supports were out in force to support the teams…thank you so much!

Meet Highlights:

• The Hornets had strong showings from both the boys and girls teams against Auburn, taking the top 4 spots in each varsity race, leading to dual overall victories

• Aleea Gwerder bounces back from a recent illness to score the overall win for the Lady Hornets

• Eric Hamel is victorious on the boys side, running sub-17:30

• Amanda Stenslie breaks 22 minutes and places 4th overall in the girls competition!

• Josh Sanders posts a strong time of 17:46, running to 2nd place overall

• Boys JV team posts a perfect score of 15 in the team competition at the Game Farm Park
