The Hornets had a good showing at the Hole in the Wall Invitational this year, amid changeable weather conditions and among strong state-championship-level competition, the boys team place third in their division and two of our JV girls athletes had outstanding performances placing third and fourth overall in their race.
The squad should be commended for rebounding from a meet on Wednesday and battling the last vestiges of an illness that has been working its way through the team.
