Bonney Lake’s girls basketball team accomplished a devastating 45-19 victory over the Decatur Gators Friday night.

The Panthers led every quarter, going 14-7, 13-2, 11-6 and finishing the night with a leisurely 7-4 fourth quarter.

Mekenzie Voellger led the Panthers — and, indeed, both teams — by scoring 19 points. The Panthers’ Brooklyn Gratzer came in second among both teams with 8 points to her name.

Bonney Lake averaged 4.09 points per player on the court, to the Gators’ 1.9 per.

The Panthers play at home against Lakes tonight, Tuesday.
