Enumclaw High veteran wrestling coach and state Hall of Famer Lee Reichert will return as Hornet mentor this season.

Reichert retired from teaching and coaching in September and has since been hired at the Muckleshoot school. After sitting out the required 45 days, he applied for EHS’s open position, which closed Oct. 13.

EHS Athletic Director Kevin Smith sent a press release announcing the rehire Friday.

Turnout for the two-time state champion Hornets begins Nov. 15.
