Sumner High senior and No. 1 singles player Grant Fulton was named to the South Puget Sound League 2A boys tennis first-team.

The announcement came at the conclusion of the team’s regular season.

Jacob Heuett and Hunter Bleha were named an all-league honorable mention.

The Spartans closed out the season at the West Central District III 2A subdistrict tournament with no one advancing to the spring’s district tournament.
