The Sumner Spartans hosted the Capital Cougars in the first round of the districts tournament tonight.

The Spartans controlled the game from tip off and beat the Cougars 57-31 at home.

Sumner advances to the next round where the Spartans will face Central Kitsap.

The game is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13 at Sumner High School.
