Spartans give Orting zilch in Thursday match | Sumner Girls Soccer

No surprises here: Orting may have squeaked a goal by the Spartans in their Sept. 11 match, but the Cardinals fell 9-0 Thursday night.

No surprises here: Orting may have squeaked a goal by the Spartans in their Sept. 11 match, but the Cardinals fell 9-0 Thursday night.

There are three games left on the Spartan’s regular season schedule, and they remain undefeated.

Goals were scored by Brook Lancaster, Ellie Degoede, Alyssa Murray, Kaylie Rozell, and Sarah Carter.

Rozell assisted twice, and Dacia Alexander and Rachel Stowell each gave one assist.

Jamie Lange shut out an attempted goal by the Cardinals.

The Spartans play the Washington Patriots on Tuesday, Oct. 9.
