As part of Ford’s Drive One 4 UR School program, members of the community helped raise $3,440 for Bonney Lake High football by test-driving a Riverside Ford vehicle Aug. 28. Approximately 176 people participated. The Ford Motor Company and Riverside Ford donated $20 for each.

“We were thrilled with the community turnout, “ said Don Gillis of Riverside Ford. “Our students are the best, and we’re glad to be able to help support them.”

“With the current economy, it’s a tough time for school extracurricular activities, so we were thrilled with the community response,” coach Chad Barrett said. “We’re so thankful to Ford and Riverside Ford for supporting our students.”
