A trio of Hornets – two from Enumclaw High and one from White River – were first-team picks for the all-South Puget Sound League 3A soccer squad.
Earning the first-team designation were forward Dylan Riley and defender NJ Dvorak from Enumclaw and midfielder Josh Kirk from White River.
Second-team picks from EHS were midfielders Stefan Pirker and Caleb Flatt and goalkeeper Nino Averill.
White River’s second-team selections were forward Diego Pelayo and defender Cameron Sautner.
The league’s top awards went to Derek Johnson of Franklin Pierce, offensive most valuable player; Alex Hall of Bonney Lake, defensive most valuable player; and Luke Helling-Christy, Bonney Lake, coach of the year.
