Losing three straight South Puget Sound League 3A encounters by a total of four runs, Sumner High’s once proud league mark dropped to 6-4 and, with only four league meetings remaining, the team’s visions of a playoff berth is in jeopardy.

Sumner lost last week to visiting Enumclaw 4-3, at White River 3-1 and at Peninsula High 5-4.
