The Wolfpack Sweet Peas, the Cascade Junior Football League champions, fell short of bringing home the Super Bowl trophy.

The Wolfpack suffered an 18-6 loss to the Kent Knights over the weekend. The Wolfpack played a well-executed game, but could not find the end zone against a tough Kent defense. The Sweet Peas ended their season with a 9-2 record and the 2009 CJFL championship title.
