On Jan 4, the reporting party observed a smashed car window and a young man walking away from the car with a purse. The reporting party told the young man to stop, but the young man took off instead.
On Jan. 4 officers checked the license plate of a car to find the driver had a suspended license. Officers activated their lights as the car pulled into a driveway and a man exited the car. Officers told the man to remain in the car, but he became argumentative and started walking to the residence.
Officers observed a car with expired registration on Jan 2. Before officers could activate their lights, the car made an illegal left turn into a parking lot. When the car stopped and officers pulled up to it, the female driver exited and claimed the passenger threatened to hit her and he had a warrant for his arrest.
The reporting party, who was remodeling their house, reported on Jan. 2 that a number of firearms had been stolen from the residence. Officers did not find any sign of forced entry into the house.
Officers were called on Dec. 19 to a report of an attempted vehicle theft at a used car lot. The reporting party told officers a male test drove the car earlier and it was returned.
