Kristian Burnstad was last seen alive on Feb. 7, 2017.
The King County Medical Examiners Office has confirmed the remains belonged to Kristian Burnstad, who went missing May 2017.
Kyle Ross Dunning is a member of Boy Scout Troop 422.
